30-Day Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.
Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging.
Exclusions from Returns:
- We do not accept returns for items that have been washed or damaged after receipt.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted for return.
Initiating a Return:

2. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
